We had a break-in at our place of business on a Saturday. I enquired through Yelp and Sam at Best Glass was the first to respond. He told me that he could get the job done that same day and even gave me a total price out the door right over our text conversation! He was the first guy and I didn't even bother to shop around since I didn't want to board up our door over the weekend. A few minutes later, I had other glass companies send me quotes and it was way higher and would take over a week to even get the glass done since it had to be a special order because of its unique shape. Well, Sam and his team came in, took the broken glass off, cut and installed the new one on-site, and best of all, his price was the lowest and exactly what he quoted me over the phone! Highly recommend Best Glass. They are amazing!!

I reached out to Sam for a small job replacing 3 windows and fixing some cranks for our casement windows. I was grateful that he took the job because a few places didn't take jobs of this size. But he and his teammate were helpful, on time, answered my questions, and I'm glad we went with them. The cranks were a bit complicated because the manufacturing company discontinued them so he suggested that we order them in another color and then painted them the right color so they would match the other ones in the room.
